無論如何都要學英文的理由
立法院內政委員會今天的議程排定繼續審查不當黨產處理條例草案，但因週一（6日）已完成初審，因此只需確認議事錄。中國國民黨團與民主進步黨團都已發出甲級動員。
陳其邁上午9時宣布開會後，議事人員宣讀議事錄，宣讀完畢後陳其邁詢問在場委員有無異議，國民黨立委大喊有意見，陳其邁依據議事規則，要求國民黨團必須提出書面意見。
約休息3分鐘後，陳其邁宣佈繼續開會，因國民黨團沒有提出書面意見，因此確認議事錄，國民黨立委不滿一湧而上主席台，民進黨立委施義芳此時提出散會動議，經表決後，內政委員會9時10分散會。1050608
